Traditional Homes in a

Village Environment

Woodfield was conceived as an exceptional setting for traditional homes of architectural excellence in a village environment. The residential village neighborhoods created by the developer have been integrated into the woodlands, meadows, streams and wetlands of the site.

This natural richness is complemented by the splendid golf course winding throughout Woodfield, which serves to unify the villages while providing individual character and privacy for each of the neighborhoods.

The residential communities of Woodfield have been conceived as interconnected “Villages” containing homes of traditional architecture in a small-town setting with sidewalks, lampposts and rolling woods.

Woodfield has incorporated the timeless elegance of older homes and their classic architectural detailing with today’s modern open and spacious interiors. The goal achieved in our community has captured the aesthetic charm of the small New England and Midwest village environment while providing for the needs of the modern family.
